Has anyone heard of Russell Targ? He is a physicist, and a co-founder of Stanford Research Institutes' psychic investigations department. In the 70's the government contracted S.R.I. to investigate areas like remote viewing, and he has been teaching this (remote viewing) for the last 30 years. He was a guest on Coast to Coast AM, an AM radio talk show on every night(West coast U.S.A. from 10 pm to 2 am). This was a really interesting show...(I recommend listening to Coast to Coast AM...it covers a wide variety of subjects).
